If you are employed, then once you have completed an hour's work, at a rate of £6 per hour, £16 per hour or even £26 per hour, that hour is gone forever. That hour of your life, in regards to earning potential, has simply expired. Working as an online affiliate, however, most of your working hours will have a much longer lifespan and far superior earning potential. To demonstrate this fact, let's work on the assumption that every page of content you create generates just 10p in revenue per day. If I gave you a choice of earning £20 an hour as an employee or 10p for each article you produce, which to simplify this scenario we will say takes one hour to write, which would you prefer?
If you opted for the £20 as an employee, working one hour a day over the course of a year you would have earned 365 x £20, which is £7,300. Over the course of two years you would have earned £14,600 in total. If you chose the 10p per article option then in the first year you would have earned £6,679.50, but by the end of the second year you would have earned £26,681.50! Such guides still sell thousands of copies each week, as there seems to be an army of buyers ready to swallow the clever marketing spew. Don't be another victim! If you are following this guide while holding down a full-time job, then I will be honest and say that you have a really tough task to get through the first year. I will, however, also say that I know of many now successful affiliates who did build a successful affiliate site while working in the "real world" full-time. At the end of the day it all depends on how much you really want it!
Are you prepared to sacrifice a couple of hours TV viewing each day in return for multiple revenue streams that will continue to make money even while you sleep? Do you want your own profitable business from which you reap all the rewards and which you can maintain anywhere in the world where you have a stable internet connection? Well here is some!I like the way the author details how he became a successful online affiliate at the very start of the book plus the honesty in describing actually how difficult it was. I found the book to be a good read written in an easy to understand manner. Some of the technical aspects are beyond me but I like the fact that the author details where you can hire help at a fair price to get them done. Looking forward to giving this a go!
